October was a big month for BizCom and our clients

October was a busy month at BizCom Associates.

We began the month by celebrating our 21st anniversary with a complete website and logo redesign. We ended October welcoming two new clients, Intelivideo and Shoreline. In between, we continued to help our clients showcase their products and services by winning multiple headlines for them in a wide range of media outlets. Following is a small sampling of that coverage.

9Round

Attention, Walmart shoppers! Just in time for the holiday shopping season, 9Round announced a partnership with Walmart to sell boxing gloves and related fitness equipment on Walmart.com and at 600+ superstores across the country. Shannon Hudson, the CEO of 9Round, had interviews published with Cheddar and Club Industry.

Neighborly

The world’s largest home services provider is expanding to a new neighborhood with the announcement of a second headquarters in North Texas. As the organization continues to thrive across 4,300 franchise locations and 10+ million customers, the COVID-19 pandemic has only strengthened the needs for these essential businesses.

Restoration 1

The Franchise Times Top 200 ranking moved Restoration 1 up 55 spots over last year, and CEO Gary Findley was interviewed about the strong growth of his network within a hot industry. That and other leadership and franchisee features are below.

Edible

Edible continued to be a PR “treat” as Founder and CEO Tariq Farid was named one of the most admired CEOs in the retail industry. In addition, the very first Incredible Edibles CBD business opened to strong coverage.

Intelivideo

Adam Zeitsiff was featured in several media outlets for his his new position as CEO for new client Intelivideo. We worked with Zeitsiff when he was the CEO at Gold’s Gym, and his message for the growing hybridization of fitness will continue to grow.

School of Rock

School of Rock was featured by BET for its music curriculum now highlighting more content from Black artists. [SoR also had a five part celebration for Black artists in September, all listed in its music education page.] The franchise network also supported Independent Venue Week and celebrated another grand opening to keep business rocking.
